At Tannie Biltong, we produce our Biltong in batches and we operate on a first come first serve basis.
Batches are ready every Friday and we can post our biltong Nationwide!

Original Biltong
Our Original recipe is based upon the classic Namibian Recipe with a slight twist – generations of passing down and perfecting the Tong
This is the biltong you want if you enjoy the simple taste of high quality meat without anything to get in the way.
Extra Biltongy Biltong
Our Extra Biltongy biltong is made with the same base spices as the Original . However has an undertone of chilly which comes from toasted Chilli Peppers sourced from Zimbabwe.
This choice has a bit more kick as the meat is marinated for an extra 12 hours, allowing the spices to penetrate deeper into the heart of the Biltong.
This is the choice for the meat-lover who loves a bit of spice, but don’t worry, the quality of the meat still shines through.
Chilli Biltong
Our Chilli-Tong is made with the same base spices as the Original. However, with a fiery kick that will most need a beer to wash down. The Chilli peppers are dried and not toasted, so the consumer will get the full raw power of the organic Zimbabwean chilli.
This is the choice for the meat-lover who enjoys their biltong with a bite of its own.
