Our Chilli-Tong is made with the same base spices as the Original Biltong and the Extra Biltongy biltong. However, the undertone of chilli in the Extra Biltongy biltong has turned into a fiery kick that will most need a beer to wash down. The Chilli peppers are dried and not toasted, so the consumer will get the full raw power of the organic Zimbabwean chilli.
